Daily Devotional practice

Fauna Moore is a dedicated student of anatomy having spent hundreds of hours in human anatomy dissection labs. She is also a highly skilled licensed massage  therapist with 20 years of experience. Fauna has maintained a regular Ashtanga practice since 2013.  She looks for patterns and thoughtfully offers adjustments to fit each student.

​​​​Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic system connecting mind and body through breath and movement to lead to a deeper knowledge of self and the divine.  This system was first taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and is carried on by his grandson, Sharath Jois. We also acknowledge the harms that have occurred through this system and are dedicated to learn from mistakes of the past.
